Wind Energy

Yet another, indirect, method of harnessing the sun's energy is through the use of wind generators. Differences in temperature on the surface of the earth produce wind, very high wind in some areas. By erecting a tower with a wind generator on it, you can take advantage of the energy that the wind is capable of producing. Unlike solar systems, wind energy production is not limited to the day time only.
